People react to change in different ways, some revel in the thoughts of variety but many don’t like change at all, and these reactions are represented in the two figures in the front, one smiling and one frowning. The masked figure behind these two is Europe Man, an entirely invented superhero. For Europe Man it is a myth that things can remain the same, Europe is, as well as the world an ever-changing place. “Europe Man Says don’t fear change, it is because of change that we don’t live in caves or eat raw insects” is written across his cape on the back.
