Title: The Bold and the Beautiful

Description: This piece, "The bold and the beautiful" which is the name of latvias most popular soap opera, running for over 7 years now, won first prize. It represents a change in society where television relationships are replacing real ones, where soap opera stars are spoken of as if real. The sculpture is just over 3 metres long and around 2 at the highest point. The See-saw's main section does not connection directly with the ground at any point and is supported at the center by a bar, or axel, and the side walls.
